We are all the same: our own mental barriers prevent us to see beyond our inner horizon. Most of the time, we cannot see our own mental barriers just by ourselves. We need somebody else for that. We need a kind of a mirror to see ourselves.

That’s why you are here. To get rid of your inner barriers and become free to grow. To get Clarity. To get Vision. For you, your team and your business.

Let’s meet and start working for your next level leadership!

Allow yourself to be challenged and be ready to discover new perspectives!

“Twenty-first-century managers simply don’t (and can’t!) have all the right answers. To cope with this new reality, companies are moving away from traditional command-and-control practices and toward something very different: a model in which managers give support and guidance rather than instructions, and employees learn how to adapt to constantly changing environments in ways that unleash fresh energy, innovation, and commitment. The role of the manager, in short, is becoming that of a coach.” – HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW, DEC 2019

 As a Gallup study reveals, the number one cause of low retention rate and disengagement is the misuse of authority by the Managers.

It means that Managers either don’t see the change, either they cannot make the change by themselves and they need help.

If we treat people as they are, we make them worse. If instead we treat people as they could be, we help them to become what they are capable to becoming.” Goethe

As a CEO, or as a Team Leader, you have to deal with change, on a regular basis. Your role is to manage business goals and people. That means complexity, twice. Dynamic uncertainty.

To deal with complexity you will at least need to stay on solid ground, on your own feet, to be aligned with yourself and highly self-aware. When you manage business goals and people you are in a leadership role, like it or not, want it or not. And just as the pizza guy is expected by everybody to deliver a fresh pizza, you are expected by everybody to deliver great results and inspiring leadership, in a complex and uncertain universe. It’s definitely a challenging job.

But it can be done! You need to know who you are, where are you going, and why. If ‘who’, ‘where’ and ‘why’ are clear, the ‘how’ will follow. So will your people.

To deliver an inspiring Leadership you need Clarity and Vision.

Vision means to have an image of what you want your business to be at some point in the future, so obviously you cannot see too far, if the sky it’s not so clear.

Author Jamie Smart defines Clarity in a simple formula:

Clarity = Capacity – Contamination

where Contamination is your biased thinking.

The co-founder of Business Coaching, Sir John Whitmore, defines Performance also as a simple formula:

Performance = Potential – Interference

where Interference is the same self-biased thinking.

This self-biased thinking is the foundation of all your indecisions, delays, stupid fights, failures, unfounded fears and self-sabotage. You don’t need that. Take all of these out, and what remains is the good part of you and your true potential.

“There is always an inner game being played in your mind, no matter what outer game you are playing. How you play this game usually makes the difference between success and failure” / Tim Gallwey, co-founder of Business Coaching.

That’s why you are here, to win your Inner Game. To win the outer game.
