Coordonand activitatile de Coaching si mentorat in cadrul acceleratorului Guerrilla Camp, am vazut antreprenori aflati in etape diferite, unii foarte la inceput, poate prea la inceput, altii cu o relativa experienta. 

Cele 9 din 10 startup-uri care esueaza, statistic vorbind, au cauze diferite, nu-si inteleg consumatorii, incearca sa rezolve o problema care nu exista, nu exista chimie intre co-fondatori (sau e o anti-chimie), premisele financiare sunt complet gresite (sau nu exista deloc), bad timming etc.

Dar incercand sa gasesc un numitor comun, riscand o generalizare, as zice ca antreprenorul nostru pleca la drum indragostit de propria idee, dar fara suficienta claritate asupra business-ului. Pentru ca trebuie spus un lucru: de la idee la business e cale lunga, si este in acelasi timp “calea pierzaniei”, un drum pe care proaspetii antreprenori se ratacesc, tocmai pentru ca nu au plecat la drum pregatiti. 

Asa m-am gandit ca ar fi foarte util daca inainte de pasul decisiv, am pregati putin terenul, ne-am face cum trebuie incalzirea, ne-am echipa corespunzator, atat teoretic cat si mental, astfel incat sa iesim pe teren cu o schema de joc clara.

Asa ca te astept sa lucram impreuna, etapa cu etapa, si sa gasim raspunsuri la intrebarile fundamentale:

WHAT PROBLEM DO YOU SOLVE? WHY DO YOU SOLVE IT? CAN YOU REALLY SOLVE IT? WHO WILL PAY FOR IT? IS IT A BUSINESS? DOES IT WORTH IT?
